AGT Operational Advisory - Southeast to Oxford Capacity Reduction -- UPDATE
As previously posted, due to significant rainfall and flooding in the Northeast US states, Algonquin Gas Transmission (AGT) has experienced exposure of its 26" (Mainline) and 30" (L30B) lines between its Southeast and Oxford compressor stations.
AGT understands the importance of returning the pipeline to service as quickly and safely as possible. There are various factors that could potentially change the projected return to service dates, such as but not limited to: weather conditions, additional flooding and any unforeseen pipeline conditions that could lengthen the work schedule. However, at this time, AGT is estimating that its 30" (L30B) will return to service no earlier than gas day Saturday, August 24th. Additionally, AGT is estimating the earliest its 26" (Mainline) will return to service is for gas day Wednesday, August 28th. AGT will provide a further update tomorrow evening regarding the potential return to service timeframe.
When AGT's 30" (L30B) line segment between Southeast and Oxford is returned to full capability, AGT anticipates the following capacities will be in effect:
Stony Point: 1,530,000 Dth/d
Southeast: 1,508,000 Dth/d
Oxford: 1,202,000 Dth/d
Cromwell: 1,160,000 Dth/d
Burrillville: 951,000 Dth/d
