To enhance the reliability and security of our systems, TC eConnects will implement a firewall change the night of April 16, 2025, at 10:00 PM CST. This change will require our customers to update their firewall configurations to prevent potential access disruptions to TC eConnects.Important Guidelines:• Customers should allowlist the new IP address provided below• Maintain the existing address ranges until the change is fully completedNew Firewall IP Address: 159.60.128.255Contact Information: If you have questions, please:• Reach out to your IT Support team• Contact your Customer Service Representative• Call 1-866-581-6487We appreciate your cooperation in implementing this important security update.
