TC Energy (TC) is aware that users may experience a delayed response time when attempting to view the Operationally Available Capacity (OAC) Screens for the assets supported by TC eConnects, especially in the early morning hours of each day. This delay is due to increased user traffic on the screens, and TC Energy is actively working to address the situation. Customers are encouraged to click the “Operationally Available” link one time only when attempting to access the OAC Screen. TC will provide updates as additional information becomes available.Please contact you Customer Services Representative with any questions.
