Notice Text

Columbia Gas Transmission, LLC (TCO) notifies customers the maintenance on Line SM-80 near Ceredo Compressor Station is complete. As a result, the CEREWEST internal constraint has been reinstated to No Restriction effective Timely Cycle for Gas Day August 17, 2024.Please contact your Customer Services Representative with any questions.  ***Previous Posting***
Columbia Gas Transmission, LLC (TCO) reminds customers of upcoming maintenance on Line SM-80 near Ceredo Compressor Station in West Virginia beginning Tuesday, August 13, 2024, and continuing through August 23, 2024.  During the maintenance, TCO will utilize the temporary internal constraint Ceredo West MA19 (CEREWEST), which has been enabled in TC eConnects (Notice ID 25900921).  Based on the current logistics involved with the commencement and performance of work on Line SM-80, TCO anticipates CEREWEST will be restricted to zero non-firm effective Timely Cycle for Gas Day August 13, 2024. However, based on operating conditions during the maintenance, it may become necessary to reduce the capacity through CEREWEST to a level as low as 1,400,000 Dth Total Capacity (zero non-firm). TCO encourages customers to reference the Daily Capacity Posting for the specific capacity through CEREWEST each day during the maintenance. As a reminder, to help customers prepare for the maintenance, the non-firm availability through CEREWEST has been updated so customers can view the non-firm scheduled volume on the Operationally Available Capacity screen on Informational Postings.  During the maintenance, TCO will be monitoring for simultaneous injections and withdrawals to/from storage in Operating Areas 3, 5, 6, and 7, as this behavior bypasses the CEREWEST internal constraint. Reservation charge credits (RCCs) will be determined per the process set forth in the General Terms and Conditions, Section 38 of TCO’s FERC Gas Tariff (“Tariff”).  However, TCO will only issue RCCs if TCO is unable to schedule or deliver primary firm nominated capacity as a result of the outage.  In the event RCCs are issued as set forth in the Tariff, shippers will receive RCCs based on its 7-day average usage quantity less any scheduled quantities on the contract. Please contact your Customer Services Representative with any questions. *** Previous Posting ***
