Columbia Gas Transmission, LLC (TCO) is issuing the following Operational Advisory. It is nearing the end of the injection season and due to higher levels of storage along with efforts to prepare for winter, TCO has limited operational flexibility. Through the end of the injection season, beginning with the upcoming weekend, Saturday, September 7, 2024, TCO will be carefully monitoring storage capability and forecasted markets. TCO requests that shippers adhere to their Maximum Daily Injection Quantities during the upcoming weekend.TCO currently has reduced non-firm capacity at certain internal constraints and may add additional non-firm restrictions as necessary going forward to help manage markets and storage injections. TCO will also monitor AutoPAL activity and reserves the right to make AutoPAL unavailable or declare an OFO to prevent abuse (or a customer specific OFO).TCO does not plan to issue a Critical Day for the upcoming weekend (Saturday, September 7 through Monday, September 9, 2024) but will closely monitor Customer’s storage injections and excess supplies. Customers can assist TCO operations and reduce the potential need for additional restrictions, by not exceeding Maximum Daily Injection Quantities and keeping their supplies and markets in balance. TCO reserves the right to revise restrictions if necessary.Please contact your Customer Service or Marketing Representative with any questions.
