Columbia Gas Transmission, LLC (TCO) notifies customers the maintenance on Line VM-107 and Line VM-108 is complete. As a result, TCO will be disabling the temporary internal constraint Petersburg MA34 (PETRSBRG) effective Timely Cycle for Gas Day November 1, 2024.Once PETRSBRG is disabled, it will be removed from TCO’s Daily Capacity Posting, Internal Constraint Rights screen, and the Operationally Available Capacity screen on Informational Postings.Please contact your Customer Services Representative with any questions. ***Previous Posting***
Columbia Gas Transmission, LLC (TCO) notifies customers the maintenance on VM107 and VM108 is now scheduled to begin on Thursday, August 1, 2024, and continue through October 31, 2024. TCO encourages customers to monitor the Construction and Maintenance Schedule for updates. Reservation charge credits (RCCs) will be determined per the process set forth in the General Terms and Conditions, Section 40 of CGT’s FERC Gas Tariff (“Tariff”).  However, TCO will only issue RCCs if TCO is unable to schedule or deliver primary firm nominated capacity as a result of the outage.  In the event RCCs are issued as set forth in the Tariff, shippers will receive RCCs based on its 7-day average usage quantity less any scheduled quantities on the contract.Please contact your Customer Services Representative with any questions. *** Previous Posting ***
Columbia Gas Transmission, LLC (TCO) reminds customers of upcoming maintenance on Line VM107 and 108 beginning Tuesday, July 30, 2024, and continuing through October 31, 2024. During the maintenance activities, TCO will be utilizing the temporary internal constraint Petersburg MA34 (PETRSBRG). Based on forecasted operating conditions, TCO does not currently anticipate any reduction to firm nominations during the maintenance; however, firm reductions at the following locations may become necessary:833469 – COS CalpE13 - Emporia, VA-34 PETRSBRG – Petersburg MA34Due to the utilization of PETRSBRG, TCO has configured the temporary constraint in TC eConnects.  This will allow customers to view PETRSBRG on the Internal Constraint Rights screen, as well as the Operationally Available Capacity screen on Informational Postings.   In addition, non-firm availability may be reduced to zero at meter 831081 - Gravel Neck. Customers are encouraged to monitor the Daily Capacity Posting for the specific capacity setting each day of the outage.Reservation charge credits (RCCs) will be determined per the process set forth in the General Terms and Conditions, Section 38 of TCO’s FERC Gas Tariff (“Tariff”).  However, TCO will only issue RCCs if TCO is unable to schedule or deliver primary firm nominated capacity as a result of the outage.  In the event RCCs are issued as set forth in the Tariff, shippers will receive RCCs based on its 7-day average usage quantity less any scheduled quantities on the contract. By means of this notice, TCO is establishing which specific Gas Days will be included when determining a shipper’s 7-day average usage quantity pursuant to the provisions in the Tariff. TCO will provide additional information closer to the start of each maintenance event.
