Columbia Gas Transmission, LLC (TCO) shippers are advised that based on forecasted supply and markets, TCO is hereby lifting the Critical Day for Storage Injections effective intraday for Gas Day Monday, November 11, 2024. Although the Critical Day is lifted, TCO reserves the right to issue Critical Days as future conditions warrant. Please contact your Customer Services Representative if you have any questions. ***Previous Posting*** Columbia Gas Transmission, LLC (TCO) notifies customers that Critical Days for storage injections are necessary effective Gas Day Friday, November 8, 2024, and continuing until further notice. Based on forecasted supply, reduced market demand, above-average storage levels, and firm storage injection requirements, Transporter projects that all available storage injection capacity will be required to meet firm service obligations. Transporter projects no availability of interruptible storage injection services. Due pipe nominations will be scheduled to zero. Storage withdrawal services are not impacted by this notice. The following daily penalties will apply: FSS MDIQ -Shipper shall pay a penalty of $5.00 per Dth for all quantities injected in excess of 110% of the applicable Contract MDIQ. FSS SCQ -Shipper shall pay a penalty of $5.00 per Dth for all quantities injected in excess of its SCQ. The following monthly penalties will apply: FSS MMIQ -Shipper shall pay a penalty of $5.00 per Dth for all quantities injected in excess of 105% of the applicable MMIQ. This notice describes the events leading up to the declaration of a Critical Day, as required in General Terms and Conditions, Section 19.7 of Columbia Gas Transmission's FERC Gas Tariff.
