Columbia Gas Transmission, LLC (TCO) reminds customers of upcoming maintenance on Line TM-5 beginning Thursday, December 26, 2024, through Tuesday, December 31, 2024. As a result of the maintenance, all receipt meters upstream of the Cobb Line H MA18 internal constraint (A03LINEH) will be physically shut-in on Thursday, December 26, 2024, except nominal quantities used to serve local markets. In an effort to minimize the commercial impact during the holiday trading period, there will be no commercial restrictions until Gas Day December 27, 2024. Therefore, effective Timely Cycle for December 27, 2024, A03LINEH will be reduced to Zero Total Capacity, and continuing until the maintenance is complete. Reservation charge credits (RCCs) will be determined per the process set forth in the General Terms and Conditions, Section 38 of TCO’s FERC Gas Tariff (“Tariff”). However, TCO will only issue RCCs if TCO is unable to schedule or deliver primary firm nominated capacity as a result of the outage. In the event RCCs are issued as set forth in the Tariff, shippers will receive RCCs based on its 7-day average usage quantity less any scheduled quantities on the contract. Please contact your Customer Services Representative with any questions.
