To enhance the reliability and security of our systems, TC eConnects will implement a firewall change the night of April 16, 2025, at 10:00 PM CST. This change will require our customers to update their firewall configurations to prevent potential access disruptions to TC eConnects.
Important Guidelines:• Customers should allowlist the new IP address provided below• Maintain the existing address ranges until the change is fully completed
New Firewall IP Address: 159.60.128.255
