ETNG Operational Flow Order -- UPDATE
The penalty provisions under Section 47.5(b) of the General Terms and Conditions of ETNG's FERC Gas Tariff shall apply for failure to conform for each dekatherm of actual receipt quantities that are greater than scheduled receipt quantities and for each dekatherm of actual delivery quantities that are less than scheduled delivery quantities, in each case with a tolerance of 4% of scheduled quantities or 500 dekatherms (whichever is greater).
In addition, ETNG will not permit retroactive nominations to avoid an OFO penalty except for shippers who can secure day ending Due Pipe supply.
This OFO will remain in effect until further notice.
The previously posted OFO for all meters east of Boyds Creek Compressor Station will remain in effect until 9:00 AM CCT, September 11, 2024.
Additionally, ETNG requires all shippers and point operators located east of Boyds Creek Compressor Station to Glade Springs Compressor Station to carefully review demand for gas and schedule gas consistent with daily needs and to tender and receive gas consistent with confirmed nominations regardless of their cumulative imbalance position unless otherwise coordinated with your operations account representative.
Furthermore, effective Gas Day September 10, 2024, due to large daily due shipper pipeline imbalances downstream of Glade Springs Compressor Station, ETNG is requiring delivery meter operators to perform to scheduled quantities or confirmation restrictions will be made commensurate with anticipated physical deliveries as well as receipt point operators perform to actual scheduled quantities or appropriate actions will be taken.
Please contact your Operations Account Representative should you have any questions.
Please refer to the table below for the effected ETNG operational areas, dates, and tolerance percentages.
