ue to the planned maintenance at Lebanon Compressor Station and anticipated operating conditions, EGTS will make changes to the restrictions on the TL-400
system **
e ective Tuesday, October 8, 2024**. (Supersedes Notice ID: 1002540).

eliveries and Receipts
EGTS
will be limiting deliveries to all points on the TL-400 system. Lebanon Deliveries listed below will be limited to primary only with nominations to ANR Lebanon
(40401)
scheduled to a total of 50,000 dekatherms. Customers with TL-400 entitlements must source gas from primary receipt points as stated in their EGTS service
agreement or from one of the receipt points listed below. Customers without TL-400 entitlements must source their gas from one of the receipt points listed below
and are excluded from deliveries to the Lebanon Delivery Points (40401 and 40601).

eservation charge credits (RCCs) will be determined per the process set forth in the General Terms and Conditions, Section 45 of EGTS’ FERC Gas Tari (“Tari ”). In
the event RCCs are issued as set forth in the Tari , shippers will receive RCCs in accordance with Section 45.1.

ustomers are reminded to review Predetermined Allocations (PDAs) to ensure that all contracts align while these restrictions are in place.

ote that FT/FTNN customers taking unscheduled quantities while these restrictions are in place may be subject to a customer specific OFO and an "Unauthorized

verrun Charges Daily" rate of $10.00/dth.

Due to the planned maintenance at Lebanon Compressor Station and anticipated operating conditions, EGTS will make changes to the restrictions on the TL-400
system **e ective Tuesday, October 8, 2024**. (Supersedes Notice ID: 1002540).
TL-400 Deliveries and Receipts
EGTS will be limiting deliveries to all points on the TL-400 system. Lebanon Deliveries listed below will be limited to primary only with nominations to ANR Lebanon
(40401) scheduled to a total of 50,000 dekatherms. Customers with TL-400 entitlements must source gas from primary receipt points as stated in their EGTS service
