A

s specified in the Eastern Gas Transmission and Storage, Inc. (EGTS) FERC Gas Tari , each storage customer under both Rate Schedules GSS and GSS-E must

withdraw a certain amount of gas between November 1 of the calendar year and April 15 of the succeeding year. This Minimum Turnover Obligation (MTO) volume can
be calculated by taking the beginning inventory on November 1 and subtracting 35% of the total capacity.

he MTO may also be a ected by capacity releases (See Section 23, Tari Record 40.30.1, of the General Terms and Conditions of EGTS' FERC Gas Tari ) or by storage

inventory transfers (See Section 34.4, Tari Record 40.41, of the General Terms and Conditions of EGTS' FERC Gas Tari ).
