    Force Majeure Lifted – Seligman B Station

     

    El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has resolved the Force Majeure event declared on Wednesday, July 17, 2024 (reference Critical Notice No(s). 622206 and 622263) associated with its Seligman B Compressor Station located in Yavapai County, Arizona. As such, EPNG will be increasing the capacity through the NORTH ML constraint effective September 9, 2024, Intraday 1 Cycle, (Cycle 3). EPNG will be posting an updated maintenance notice to reflect the increase in capacity through the NORTH ML constraint.

     

    This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
