    Initial Force Majeure – Lordsburg A Station – Unit #2

     

    El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has experienced an equipment failure associated with its Lordsburg A Compressor Station Unit #2 located in Hidalgo County, New Mexico.  Accordingly, the operational capacity through the LORDSBRG constraint will be reduced an additional 104,246 dekatherms per day (Dth/d), effective on October 3, 2024, Evening Cycle, (Cycle 2). EPNG will be posting an updated maintenance notice to reflect the total impact through the LORDSBRG constraint.

     

    EPNG will provide updates as more information becomes available.

     

    This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
