    Force Majeure Lifted – Lordsburg A Station – Unit #2

     

    El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has resolved the Force Majeure event declared on Wednesday, October 2, 2024 (reference Critical Notice No. 622916), associated with its Lordsburg A Compressor Station Unit #2 located in Hidalgo County, New Mexico. As such, EPNG will be increasing the capacity through the LORDSBRG constraint effective October 7, 2024, Intraday 1 Cycle, (Cycle 3). EPNG will be posting an updated maintenance notice to reflect the increase in capacity through the LORDSBRG constraint.

     

    This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
