Initial Force Majeure – Line 1600 – Leak Repair – Florida B to Lordsburg B

El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has identified a leak on Line 1600 downstream of its Florida B Compressor Station, located in Luna County, New Mexico. The leak repair will require an isolation and a corresponding reduction in operational capacity. Accordingly, the operational capacity through the FLOR B constraint will be reduced by 620,100 dekatherms per day (Dth/d), effective November 5, 2024, Intraday 2 Cycle, (Cycle 4).

EPNG will cancel current and reschedule future Line 1103 Deming to San Simon ILI inspections scheduled for November 5 through November 6th.  The capacity reductions at the LORDSBRG constraint will be reinstated.

EPNG will post an updated maintenance notice to reflect the total impact through the FLOR B and LORDSBRG constraints.

EPNG will provide updates as more information becomes available.

This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
