Equitrans L.P. is providing notice of a date change for pipeline pigging scheduled on its H-108 Pipeline. The H-108 Pipeline Pigging that was
scheduled to begin on November 19, 2024, is now scheduled to begin on December 18, 2024.

Equitrans L.P. will be conducting pipeline pigging on its’ H-108 Pipeline in its’ Mainline Operational Area 2 from Blaine Gates to Greenlee Gates
beginning at 7:00 AM ET on December 18, 2024, and is issuing an OFO in accordance with Section 6.11 of the General Terms and Conditions
of its FERC Gas Tariff.

Equitrans L.P is hereby providing notice that due to the high possibility of fluids during this pigging all People’s Natural Gas Delivery/Receipt
between Blaine Gates (Coordinates 40.030727 / -80.060082) and Greenlee Gates (Coordinates 40.144213 / -80.006979)?on the H-108 Pipeline
must be shut in by 7:00 AM ET on December 18, 2024.

If Customer and/or Customer’s operator fails to comply with the terms of this OFO, such Customer shall be subject to (1) liability for any
damages including, but not limited to, direct, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages incurred by Equitrans or any other party as a result
of such failure, (2) a penalty of $25 per Dth times the quantity of gas by which the Customer deviated from the requirements of this OFO, (3) flow
control, and/or (4) a reduction in scheduled quantities to match flowing gas. In addition, Equitrans will not permit post-cycle adjustments to avoid
an OFO penalty.

Estimated duration of the pigging is 12 hours. Upon completion of the maintenance the OFO will expire and Equitrans L.P. will notify impacted
parties when they can turn back in-line.
