Notice Text:
Enbridge personnel have finished their assessment of the South Marsh Island 76 platform and Garden Banks is ready to resume operations. However, Garden Banks will not be accepting any scheduled quantities until delivery points become available.
The Force Majeure issued on September 12, 2024, pursuant to section 7 of the General Terms and Conditions of the Garden Banks FERC Gas Tariff is no longer in effect.
