Midship Pipeline Company, LLC (Midship) hereby declares a Force Majeure, to be effective September 17, 2024, in accordance with Section 6.8 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff.  Midship is required to perform pipeline integrity remediation.  In order to perform the remediation, Midship must lower the operating line pressure.

 

The Force Majeure is declared effective for Gas Day Tuesday, September 17, 2024, Timely Cycle and continuing through Gas Day Friday September 20, 2024.  During this period, Midship anticipates scheduling Primary Firm transport nominations to no less than 88% of contract MDTQ to the following deliveries:

 

 

Other transportation service could be scheduled to a lower percentage of contract MDTQ in accordance with the scheduling priority set forth in Section 6.10.3.a(i) of the General Terms and Conditions of Midship’s FERC Gas Tariff.

 

Capacity to the deliveries listed below will remain unchanged during the Force Majeure:

 

 

Changes in operational conditions and Shipper nominations could result in changes to the quantities scheduled (lower or higher).

 

The stated scheduling percentages are based upon the current firm capacity contracted for during this restriction and is subject to change based upon operational conditions and Shipper contract utilization.
