SEGMENT 25 – LOUISIANA #1 LINE – ILI TOOL RUN - AFD RE-RUN

As posted on Natural's Outage Impact Report (X23-1173951) and as part of Natural's ongoing pipeline Integrity Management Program, Natural is required to re-run its ILI Tool – AFD between Compressor Station 302 (CS 302) located in Montgomery County, Texas and Compressor Station 343 (CS 343) located in Liberty County, Texas (Segment 25 of Natural's Texok Zone).  This re-run is due to an internal equipment failure in the tool.  The tool re-run will require Natural to reduce its operating capacity eastbound into Segment 25 from Segment 26 and Segment 22, thus limiting Natural's throughput capacity eastbound through CS 302 during this restriction.

The scheduling constraint will be at CS 302; therefore, any gas received west of CS 302 for delivery east of CS 302, from Segment 26 and Segment 22, will be impacted for the duration of the restriction.  The Pooling Point - Texok Zone (LOC 10560) is located west of the constraint.  Firm transportation associated with storage injections or withdrawals may be impacted.

As such, effective on the gas days indicated below, Natural will schedule Primary Firm and Secondary in-path Firm transports to no less than 74% of contract MDQ eastbound through CS 302 for the duration of the restriction.  AOR/ITS and Secondary out-of-path Firm transports will not be available.

The stated scheduling percentage is based upon the current level of firm capacity contracted for during this restriction and is subject to change based upon operational conditions and Shipper utilization.  Once the data from the tool run have been analyzed, any remediation work impacting shippers will be posted.

TOOL RUN DATE:

Gas day Tuesday, November 19, 2024 (AFD Tool)

Continue to monitor Natural's interactive website for any updates to the end date and/or scheduling percentage during this restriction.  Please contact your Account Director or Scheduling Representative if you have any questions.
