Effective with the ID1 cycle for Gas Day October 8, 2024 and Timely Cycle for Gas Day October 9, 2024, and pursuant to the Northern Border Pipeline Tariff, Section 6.10.6.3.(c), Northern Border Pipeline is issuing an OFO until further notice. Northern Border is concerned about the operational integrity of its system as a result of Underperformance and will update capacity as follows:Oct 8th/ 9th-
  • *SE Little Missouri (receipt) decrease to 115,000
  • *Little Missouri (receipt) increase to 75,000
  • *West Killdeer (receipt) increase to 50,000
  • Spring Creek (receipt) 800,000- No change
  • Stateline (receipt) 85,000- No change
  • Killdeer (receipt) 35,000- No change
NBPL cannot absorb imbalances created by over/under deliveries off the system and reminds shippers that NBPL has no obligation to deliver gas in excess of the quantity NBPL receives from a shipper.Customers are encouraged to stay coordinated with the downstream interconnect for additional information.NBPL will continue to monitor flows and provide updates as needed.Please contact your Northern Border Customer Service Representative with any questions regarding nominations or scheduling at (866) 581-6487.
