LIFTED: Force Majeure: Garvin Compressor Station 12, Effective EVE for March 8, 2025Northern Border Pipeline (NBPL) hereby notifies shippers that the previously posted Force Majeure (Notice ID: 25929231) for the Garvin Compressor Station 12 (CS12) is lifted. As a result, the capacity for Flow Past Glen Ullin (GlenSEG) has been reinstated effective Evening Cycle (EVE) for Gas Day March 8, 2025.The associated capacity reduction through GlenSEG will remain in effect for the remainder of Gas Day March 7, 2025.If you have any scheduling or nominations questions, please call your Northern Border Nominations Customer Service Representative at (866) 581-6487. ***Previous Posting***Northern Border Pipeline Company (NBPL) notifies customers of the need to perform work to address an unplanned and uncontrollable equipment failure at Garvin Compressor Station 12 (CS12) in Minnesota. This necessary measure could not be prevented or overcome by the due diligence of NBPL and requires immediate action to maintain the safety and reliability of the system. Therefore, pursuant to Section 6.9.1 of the General Terms and Conditions of NBPL’s FERC Gas Tariff, NBPL is declaring a Force Majeure effective March 5, 2025.As a result of the Force Majeure, NBPL will restrict nominated volumes for Flow Past Glen Ullin (GlenSEG) to 2,180 MMcf/d (2,354,000 Dth) effective Timely Cycle for Gas Day March 6, 2025, and continuing until further notice. Reservation Charge Credits, if necessary, will be provided consistent with Section 6.6.7 of NBPL's Tariff.
