website, Northwest is performing Oregon City ESD Test & Solar
Inspections at the Oregon City CS beginning Gas Day September
09, 2024, through Gas Day September 13, 2024, the Boise Unit 1
& 2 Solar Inspections at the Boise CS beginning Gas Day
September 09, 2024, through Gas Day September 13, 2024, the
Goldendale ESD Test at the Goldendale CS beginning Gas Day
September 09, 2024, through Gas Day September 13, 2024, and the
Mt. Vernon CS Unit 4 Solar Repairs at the Mt. Vernon CS
beginning on Gas Day September 09, 2024, through Gas Day
September 15, 2024.
The cut point for the Oregon City ESD & Solar Inspection will
be the Oregon City CS which will be limited to 239,000 Dth/d
southbound for the duration of the outage.
If primary nomination requests through the Oregon CS exceed the
available capacity of 239,000 Dth/d southbound (or whatever NWP
cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance), pursuant to
Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's
Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared Deficiency
Period based on a design capacity of 250,000 Dth/d southbound.
The deficiency period will continue until the work has been
completed.
The cut point for the Boise Unit 1 & 2 Solar Inspections will
be the Boise CS which will be limited to 469,000 Dth/d
northbound and 438,000 Dth/d southbound for the duration of the
outage.
If primary nomination requests through the Boise CS exceed the
available capacity of 469,000 Dth/d northbound or 438,000 Dth/d
southbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of
the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate
Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice
of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of
499,000 Dth/d northbound or 452,000 Dth/d southbound. The
deficiency period will continue until the work has been
completed.

Goldendale CS which will be limited to 383,000 Dth/d northbound
and 375,000 Dth/d southbound for the duration of the outage.
