As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's 
website, Northwest is performing the following maintenance 
outages next week: 

The Lava Hot Springs Blowdown Silencer Repair beginning 
        Gas Day September 16, 2024, through Gas Day September

        20, 2024.

The Plymouth CS ESD Test one day outage on Gas Day 
        September 17, 2024.

The Snohomish Solar Unit 1 & 2 Solar Inspections 
        beginning Gas Day September 17, 2024, through Gas Day 
        September 18, 2024.

The Boise Loop Line Replacement beginning Gas Day 
        September 20, 2024, through Gas Day November 09, 2024.

The cut point for the Lava Hot Springs Blowdown Silencer Repair 
will be the Kemmerer CS which will be limited to 585,000 Dth/d 
northbound for the duration of the outage.

If primary nomination requests through the Kemmerer CS exceed 
the available capacity of 585,000 Dth/d northbound (or whatever 
NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance), 
pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in 
Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared 
Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 655,000 Dth/d 
northbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work 
has been completed. 

The cut point for the Plymouth ESD Test will be the Plymouth CS 
which will be limited to 518,000 Dth/d northbound and 343,000 
Dth/d southbound for the duration of the outage.

If primary nomination requests through the Plymouth CS exceed 
the available capacity of 518,000 Dth/d northbound or 343,000 
Dth/d southbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any 
day of the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of 
Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give 
notice of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design 
capacity of 548,000 Dth/d northbound or 390,000 Dth/d 
southbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work 
has been completed. 

The cut point for the Snohomish CS Solar Inspections will be 
the Snohomish CS which will be limited to 929,000 Dth/d 
southbound for the duration of the outage.

If primary nomination requests through the Snohomish CS exceed 
the available capacity of 929,000 Dth/d southbound (or whatever 
NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance), 
pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in 
Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared 
Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 1,194,000 Dth/d 
southbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work 
has been completed. 

The cut points for the Boise Loop Line Replacement will be the 
Meacham CS which will be limited to 392,000 Dth/d southbound 
and the Boise CS which will be limited to 337,000 Dth/d 
northbound for the duration of the outage.

If primary nomination requests through the Meacham CS exceeds 
the available capacity of 392,000 Dth/d southbound (or whatever 
NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance), 
pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in 
Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared 
Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 500,000 Dth/d 
southbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work 
has been completed.

If primary nomination requests through the Boise CS exceeds the 
available capacity of 337,000 Dth/d northbound (or whatever NWP 
cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance), pursuant to 
Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's 
Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared Deficiency 
Period based on a design capacity of 499,000 Dth/d northbound. 
The deficiency period will continue until the work has been 
completed.
