    Due to current storage inventory and ongoing maintenance, Southern has limited flexibility to manage excess receipts on the north main line.  Shippers and Operators are reminded that all locations, both receipts and deliveries, need to flow the confirmed nomination and/or applicable delivery entitlement.  Southern continues to actively monitor all locations.  As a reminder, any points not flowing on rate may be posted and scheduled down to a quantity that reflects physical flow.
