    Update #4 to the Unscheduled Unit Outage – Thomaston compressor station (Segment 490-Thomaston West)

    Southern has experienced another unscheduled unit outage at the Thomaston compressor station impacting Segment 490 (Thomaston West). This outage is in addition to the outage previously posted July 5th, 2024 (#709544) and referenced in the weekly EBB.  As a result of these outages, Segment 490 (Thomaston West) capacity of 1,535 Mdth/d will now be impacted by 140 Mdth/d effective Intraday 1, gas day, Friday, September 6th, 2024.  Return to service is unknown currently. Based on current system demand, Interruptible and Out of Path nominations may be restricted.   

    We will continue to update as more information is known.
