    ·         MILL PL/TGP Owego Delivery Meter (Pin 201010) - through 100% of PIP increases due to emergent repair

    LINEPACK RESTRICTIONS

    Payback will be evaluated at each cycle and scheduled only if operationally feasible.

    STORAGE RESTRICTIONS
