Effective Evening Cycle (9:00) for the gas day of Saturday, July 27, 2024 Tennessee restricted the following:

OPERATIONAL FLOW ORDERS (OFO) AND IMBALANCE WARNINGS

IMBALANCE WARNING FOR ALL AREAS EAST OF STA 245 ON THE 200 LINE ONLY FOR OVER-TAKES OUT OF THE SYSTEM OR UNDER-DELIVERIES INTO THE SYSTEM FOR ALL BALANCING PARTIES

 

OFO DAILY CRITICAL DAY 1 FOR ZONES L AND 1 ON THE 500 LINE ONLY FOR OVER-TAKES FROM THE SYSTEM OR UNDER-DELIVERIES INTO THE SYSTEM FOR ALL BALANCING PARTIES

·        MLV 548 (Segment 542 BH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 591 Dths

·        STA 110 South (Segment 187 BH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 9,891 Dths

·        STA 204 (Segment 204 BH) - through 100% of PIP increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 83,943 Dths

·        STA 219 South (Segment 217 BH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to operational concerns; 26,831 Dths

·        STA 307 (Segment 307 BH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 254,182 Dths

·        MLV 314 East (Segment 314 BH) - through approx 69% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 137,539 Dths

LINEPACK RESTRICTIONS

Payback will be evaluated at each cycle and scheduled only if operationally feasible.

STORAGE RESTRICTIONS

Tennessee will not accept nominations for Interruptible Storage Injection Services under Rate Schedule IS (IS-MA) at the Northern MA (460018) storage field and Tennessee will not accept nominations for Interruptible Storage Injection Services under Rate Schedule IS (IS-PA) at the Bear Creek PA (460017) storage field. 

 

Tennessee will not accept nominations for FSAO injections at all storage fields.

 

Transfers into TGP Bear Creek Storage (460017) from SNG Bear Creek Storage will be allowed under the FS-PA storage service only with partner approvals.

 

Additionally, no Parks or Loan Paybacks under Rate Schedule PAL will be allowed utilizing the PAL-D or PAL-AO services system wide.
