Effective Evening Cycle (9:00) for the gas day of Wednesday, August 14, 2024 Tennessee restricted the following:

OPERATIONAL FLOW ORDERS (OFO) AND IMBALANCE WARNINGS

OFO DAILY CRITICAL DAY 1 FOR ZONES L AND 1 ON THE 500 LINE ONLY FOR OVER-TAKES FROM THE SYSTEM OR UNDER-DELIVERIES INTO THE SYSTEM FOR ALL BALANCING PARTIES

·         GULFSTH/TGP Kiln Miss Exchange Hanc Delivery Meter (Pin 420383) - through approx 22 % of SOP increases due to operational concerns; 3,000 Dths

·         SESH/TGP Petal Interconnect: Rip 53 Delivery Meter (Pin 421059) - through approx 60 % of SOP increases due to operational concerns; 8,995 Dths

·         TRNSCO/TGP Heidelberg Missisippi Ja Delivery Meter (Pin 420291) - through approx 100 % of PIP increases due to operational concerns; 5,703 Dths

·         NRGBM/TGP Beirne Hill Sales Bradfor Delivery Meter (Pin 48061) - through approx 21 % of IT (through a rate of .1812) increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 7,562 Dths

·         MLV 314 East (Segment 314 BH) - through approx 64 % of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 143,393 Dths

LINEPACK RESTRICTIONS

Payback will be evaluated at each cycle and scheduled only if operationally feasible.

STORAGE RESTRICTIONS

Tennessee will not accept nominations for Interruptible Storage Injection Services under Rate Schedule IS (IS-MA) at the Northern MA (460018) storage field and Tennessee will not accept nominations for Interruptible Storage Injection Services under Rate Schedule IS (IS-PA) at the Bear Creek PA (460017) storage field. 

 

Tennessee will not accept nominations for FSAO injections at all storage fields.

 

Transfers into TGP Bear Creek Storage (460017) from SNG Bear Creek Storage will be allowed under the FS-PA storage service only with partner approvals.

 

Additionally, no Parks or Loan Paybacks under Rate Schedule PAL will be allowed utilizing the PAL-D or PAL-AO services system wide.
