Effective Evening Cycle (9:00) for the gas day of Saturday, September 28, 2024 Tennessee restricted the following:

OPERATIONAL FLOW ORDERS (OFO) AND IMBALANCE WARNINGS

OFO DAILY CRITICAL DAY 1 FOR ZONES L AND 1 ON THE 500 LINE ONLY FOR OVER-TAKES FROM THE SYSTEM OR UNDER-DELIVERIES INTO THE SYSTEM FOR ALL BALANCING PARTIES

OFO DAILY CRITICAL DAY 1 FOR ALL OF ZONES 4, 5 AND 6 FOR UNDER-TAKES OUT OF THE SYSTEM OR OVER-DELIVERIES INTO THE SYSTEM FOR ALL BALANCING PARTIES

METER RESTRICTIONS

· GULFSTH/TGP Petal Storage Field For Delivery Meter (Pin 420797) - through approx 98% of SIPss increases due to operational concerns; 15,933 Dths

· TRNSCO/TGP Heidelberg Missisippi Ja Delivery Meter (Pin 420291) - through 100% of PIP increases due to operational concerns; 9,849 Dths

· AGT/TGP Mahwah New Jersey Bergen Delivery Meter (Pin 420207) - through approx 13% of PIP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 29,049 Dths

SEGMENT RESTRICTIONS

· STA 860 (Segment 860 BH) - through 100% of SIPsp increases due to force majeure at STA 860; 23,973 Dths

· STA 110 South (Segment 187 BH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 9,814 Dths

· STA 204 (Segment 204 BH) - through 100% of PIP increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 116,398 Dths

· STA 219 South (Segment 217 BH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to operational concerns; 2,138 Dths

· STA 307 (Segment 307 BH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 254,182 Dths

· MLV 314 East (Segment 314 BH) - through approx 33% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 57,650 Dths

· STA 315 (Segment 315 BH) - through approx 33% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 76,290 Dths

· STA 321 (Segment 321 FH) - through approx 43% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 88,615 Dths

· Z5hc North (Segment 299 FH) - through approx 89% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 199,010 Dths

· STA 245 (Segment 245 FH) - through approx 99% of SOP increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 313,964 Dths

· MLV 273 (Segment 284 FH) - through approx 99% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 113,856 Dths

LINEPACK RESTRICTIONS

Payback will be evaluated at each cycle and scheduled only if operationally feasible.

STORAGE RESTRICTIONS

Tennessee will not accept nominations for Interruptible Storage Injection Services under Rate Schedule IS (IS-MA) at the Northern MA (460018) storage field and Tennessee will not accept nominations for Interruptible Storage Injection Services under Rate Schedule IS (IS-PA) at the Bear Creek PA (460017) storage field.

Tennessee will not accept nominations for FSAO injections at all storage fields.

Transfers into TGP Bear Creek Storage (460017) from SNG Bear Creek Storage will be allowed under the FS-PA storage service only with partner approvals.

Additionally, no Parks or Loan Paybacks under Rate Schedule PAL will be allowed utilizing the PAL-D or PAL-AO services system wide.

**PLEASE NOTE THAT FINAL VOLUMES MAY CHANGE DUE TO SYSTEM BALANCING AND/OR CONFIRMATION REDUCTIONS.
