Effective Intraday 3 Cycle (22:00) for the gas day of Thursday, October 31, 2024 Tennessee restricted the following:
OPERATIONAL FLOW ORDERS (OFO) AND IMBALANCE WARNINGS
OFO DAILY CRITICAL DAY 1 FOR ALL OF ZONE 0, ZONE 1 ON THE 100 LINE, ALL OF ZONES 2, 3, 4, 5 AND 6 FOR UNDER-TAKES OUT OF THE SYSTEM OR OVER-DELIVERIES INTO THE SYSTEM FOR ALL BALANCING PARTIES
METER RESTRICTIONS
· TRNSCO/TGP Heidelberg Missisippi Ja Delivery Meter (Pin 420291) - through 100% of SIPps increases due to operational concerns; 10 Dths
· TGP/SNG Rose Hill Miss Clarke Delivery Meter (Pin 420546) - through 100% of SIPss increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 11,647 Dths
SEGMENT RESTRICTIONS
· STA 860 South 800 Line (Segment 847 BH) - through 100% of SIPsp increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 1,107 Dths
· STA 860 (Segment 860 BH) - through 100% of PIP increases due to force majeure at STA 860; 29,619 Dths
· MLV 548 (Segment 542 BH) - through 100% of SIPps increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 4,800 Dths
· STA 110 South (Segment 187 BH) - through 100% of SIPsp increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 14,982 Dths
LINEPACK RESTRICTIONS
Payback will be evaluated at each cycle and scheduled only if operationally feasible.
STORAGE RESTRICTIONS
Tennessee will not accept nominations for Interruptible Storage Injection Services under Rate Schedule IS (IS-MA) at the Northern MA (460018) storage field and Tennessee will not accept nominations for Interruptible Storage Injection Services under Rate Schedule IS (IS-PA) at the Bear Creek PA (460017) storage field.
Tennessee will not accept nominations for FSAO injections at all storage fields.
Transfers into TGP Bear Creek Storage (460017) from SNG Bear Creek Storage will be allowed under the FS-PA storage service only with partner approvals.
Additionally, no Parks or Loan Paybacks under Rate Schedule PAL will be allowed utilizing the PAL-D or PAL-AO services system wide.
**PLEASE NOTE THAT FINAL VOLUMES MAY CHANGE DUE TO SYSTEM BALANCING AND/OR CONFIRMATION REDUCTIONS.
