Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company, L.L.C. (“Tennessee”) held an open season in accordance with Article XXVI, Section 5 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff, which commenced at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, October 29, 2024 and closed at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, November 5, 2024. All final bids received in compliance with the terms and conditions of the open season were evaluated using the factors posted in the Open Season.
