Effective Evening Cycle (9:00) for the gas day of Wednesday, November 20, 2024 Tennessee restricted the following:

OPERATIONAL FLOW ORDERS (OFO) AND IMBALANCE WARNINGS

OFO DAILY ACTION ALERT FOR ALL OF ZONE 0, ZONE 1 ON THE 100 LINE, ALL OF ZONES 2, 3, 4 AND 5 FOR UNDER-TAKES OUT OF THE SYSTEM OR OVER-DELIVERIES INTO THE SYSTEM FOR ALL BALANCING PARTIES

 

METER RESTRICTIONS

·         Tres PAL/TGP Tres Palacios Storage: Delivery Meter (Pin 421055) - through 100% of SOP increases due to imbalance management quantity exceeded; 5,309 Dths

·         TRANSCO/TGP Heidelberg Mississippi Delivery Meter (Pin 420291) - through 100% of SIPps increases due to operational concerns; 10 Dths

·         AGT/TGP Mahwah New Jersey Bergen Delivery Meter (Pin 420207) - through approx 46% of SIPss increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 37,640 Dths

·         Wright Delivery Meter (Pin 412181) - through 100% of SOP increases deliveries due to displacement gas unavailable for backhaul; 8,000 Dths

SEGMENT RESTRICTIONS

·         MLV 406 (Segment 406 BH) - through 100% of IT increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 5,939 Dths

·         STA 87 South 800 Line (Segment 860 BH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to operational concerns; 11,501 Dths

·         STA 110 South (Segment 187 BH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to operational concerns; 9,982 Dths

·         STA 307 (Segment 307 BH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 260,380 Dths

·         MLV 314 East (Segment 314 BH) - through approx 84% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 85,300 Dths

·         STA 315 (Segment 315 BH) - through approx 37% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 49,292 Dths

·         STA 321 (Segment 321 FH) - through approx 68% of SOP increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 186,259 Dths

·         Z5hc North (Segment 299 FH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 278,243 Dths

·         STA 245 (Segment 245 FH) - through approx 88% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 345,911 Dths

·         STA 249 (Segment 249 FH) - through approx 90% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 171,010 Dths

·         MLV 273 (Segment 284 FH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 131,721 Dths

LINEPACK RESTRICTIONS

Payback will be evaluated at each cycle and scheduled only if operationally feasible.

 

STORAGE RESTRICTIONS

Tennessee will not accept nominations for Interruptible Storage Injection Services under Rate Schedule IS (IS-MA) at the Northern MA (460018) storage field and Tennessee will not accept nominations for Interruptible Storage Injection Services under Rate Schedule IS (IS-PA) at the Bear Creek PA (460017) storage field. 

 

Tennessee will not accept nominations for FSAO injections at all storage fields.

 

Transfers into TGP Bear Creek Storage (460017) from SNG Bear Creek Storage will be allowed under the FS-PA storage service only with partner approvals.

 

Additionally, no Parks or Loan Paybacks under Rate Schedule PAL will be allowed utilizing the PAL-D or PAL-AO services system wide.
