Notice Text:

Subject: Operational Flow Order - Imbalance

Transco has provided notice of limited flexibility to manage imbalances and recommended shippers maintain a concurrent balance of receipts and deliveries. In order to ensure maintenance of line pack, maintain safe, efficient and reliable services, manage imbalances, and handle other within-the-day volatility Transco is issuing an Operational Flow Order (OFO) as indicated below. Additionally, hourly flexibility may be limited, excess hourly deliveries from Transco’s System may cause reduced pressure in various areas of the system and jeopardize Transco’s ability to meet its firm service obligations. Transco requests that all delivery location operators, to the extent possible, receive gas from Transco within contractual and/or Delivery Point Entitlements (Section 19 of the General Terms and Conditions of Transco’s Tariff) and on a uniform hourly flow basis.
