    To: All Transwestern Customers

    Subject: Force Majeure - Station 9 Compressor Station (Roswell, NM).

    Reason: Station 9 (Roswell, NM) has a mechanical failure.

    Revision 4 - Transwestern has made the necessary repairs at Station 9 Compressor Station (Roswell, NM).  We will bring the capacityback up to normal for Sunday, Gas Day 3/09/25 (Evening Cycle).

    This maintenance will affect receipt volumes from the West Texas & Panhandle Laterals flowing through Station 9 (Roswell, NM).

    Gas Day March 4, 2025 

    Total capacity for Station 9 receipt volumes will be reduced from 750,000 MMBtu/d to approximately 680,000 MMBtu/d.

    Gas Day March 9, 2025

    Total capacity for Station 9 receipt volumes will increase from 680,000 MMBtu/d to approximately 750,000 MMBtu/d.

    Transwestern reserves the right to revise the above listed schedule. Please continue to monitor Transwestern website for updates and schedule changes.
