VCP Meter Underperformance
Due to large daily due shipper imbalances resulting in higher than desired line pack levels across Valley Crossing Pipeline, LLC (VCP), VCP has limited ability to absorb additional due shipper imbalances from receipt and/or delivery point operators. VCP is requiring the following meter operator to perform to scheduled quantities or confirmation restrictions will be made commensurate with anticipated physical deliveries:
