    Alliance Pipeline - Update on CommPass System Upgrade

    COMPUTER SYSTEM STATUS

    NO RESPONSE REQUIRED

    Please be advised that there are two CommPass outages this weekend:

    1) The CommPass system will be down for regular scheduled maintenance from Friday May 10th,
    2024, at 10:30PM CCT until Saturday May 11th, 2024, at 5:00AM CCT, at which time the current
    CommPass environment will still be live.

    2) The system will again go down for the upgrade on Saturday May 11th at 9:30PM CCT until
    Sunday May 12th at 7:30AM CCT and the new environment will be available.

    We understand that these outages may cause some inconvenience, and we appreciate your
    patience and understanding as we work to improve our services.

    All users can expect another email shortly that includes key dates, next steps, and additional
    training materials.
