    Due to the OBA imbalance position at NGPL Alliance Pipeline L.P. is monitoring Nominations and
    there may be a need to reduce capacity in order to rectify the imbalance position which will be in
    accordance with Section 15.4 of the Tariff. This will be effective Timely June 15th until further
    notice. There will be no impact to Firm Service.
