    Alliance Pipeline L.P. - Update to Capacity Contraint Due To Third-Party Processing Plant Outage

    Alliance Pipeline L.P. has received notice from the third-party processing plant. The third-party
    processing plant has advised there is a potential for return to service between July [18-19], 2024.
    Alliance anticipates lifting delivery point capacity restrictions for the first timely nomination after
    return to service notification is received from the processing plant.

    In order to maintain operational balancing, the following delivery locations will only be available for
    Firm Service nominations once restrictions are lifted until further notice;
    IL01 Nicor
    IL02 NGPL
    IL03 Midwestern

    Alliance Pipeline L.P. will provide further information as it becomes available
