    Due to operational impacts that have manifested as a result of the outage at the third-party
    processing plant referenced in Notice ID 13893, Alliance is restricting capacity at the following
    points Effective July 30 Evening Cycle.

    IL01 Nicor will be reduced to 42,280 DTHs/day
    IL02 NGPL will be reduced to 90,250 DTHs/day
    IL15 Horizon will be reduced to 0 DTHs/day

    Alliance Pipeline L.P. will provide further information as it becomes available.
