    Preliminary Notification From Alliance L.P. - Weather Alert

    Due to a cold weather system expected to impact the Midwest in the coming days, Alliance
    Pipeline L.P. (“Alliance US”) is issuing a preliminary notification pursuant to Section 37.3 of the
    General Terms and Conditions (“GT&C”) of its FERC Gas Tariff (“Tariff”) to be effective immediately
    and remain in effect until further notice from Alliance.

    Alliance US asks that all Shippers ensure that their Alliance Pipeline balances remain within
    tolerance in order to minimize system imbalances. In accordance with GT&C Section 37.1 of the
    GT&C, Alliance US will issue Action Alerts or Operational Flow Orders to shippers whose actions
    threaten to impair reliable firm service on the pipeline.
