    Update Preliminary Notification From Alliance L.P. - Weather Alert

    Due to a cold weather system expected to impact the Alliance delivery zone, Alliance Pipeline L.P.
    (“Alliance US”) is issuing a preliminary notification pursuant to Section 37.3 of the General Terms
    and Conditions (“GT&C”) of its FERC Gas Tariff (“Tariff”) to be effective GD13 ID1 cycle and remain
    in effect until further notice from Alliance.

    Alliance US asks that all Shippers ensure that their Alliance Pipeline balances remain within
    tolerance for each cycle, after confirmation from downstream transporters for all services. In
    accordance with GT&C Section 37.1 of the GT&C, Alliance US will issue Action Alerts or
    Operational Flow Orders to shippers whose actions threaten to impair reliable firm service on the
    pipeline.
