    FORCE MAJEURE AT ARLINGTON STORAGE FACILITY RESOLVED

     

    Pursuant to Section 6.16 of the General Terms and Conditions of Arlington's FERC NGA Gas Tariff, Arlington posted notice of a Force Majeure event at the Thomas Corners Storage Facility on June 4, 2024 (Notice Identifier #391054) affecting its ability to inject gas into the facility.  The issue is in the process of being resolved and the facility will return to normal operations on Tuesday, June 11, 2024.  As such, Arlington is posting notice that this force majeure has been resolved.   Transport nominations pathed through Thomas Corners West (Segment 200 FH) and injection nominations into the Thomas Corners Storage Facility (Pin #302015) will be scheduled up to full operating capacity effective for Timely Cycle for the gas day of Tuesday, June 11, 2024 and until further notice. 

     

    This notice will be the final update.
