Due to expected cold weather in our service territory and affected markets on connecting pipelines, Kinder Morgan Border Pipeline LLC (KMBP) is evaluating all Interruptible activity across the system, including both transportation and storage activity. Additionally, point operators as well as shippers must keep scheduled quantities in line with physical flow in order to prevent reductions.

Should operational conditions warrant, per Section 4.2 of the KMBP General Terms and Conditions, it may be necessary to issue an Operational Balancing Order (OBO) in order to maintain the operational integrity of the system. KMBP will notify shippers on its electronic bulletin board of its issuance, if necessary.
