Notice Text
In conformance with section 15.3 (d) of the General Terms & Conditions (GT&C) of Carolina Gas Transmission's (CGT) FERC Gas Tariff, this posting provides notification that CGT is implementing a Standard Operational Flow Order (OFO) for Negative Imbalances at each delivery point specified in Groups 1 through 6 below.
This OFO will become effective for the start of the Saturday, December 21, 2024 Gas Day, and will remain in effect until further notice.
Shippers having allocated deliveries in excess of 6% or 1000 Dt, whichever is greater, of their scheduled deliveries at each delivery point will be in violation of this OFO and will be assessed a penalty as described in Section 15 of the GT&C of CGT's FERC Gas Tariff. To determine a Shipper's compliance with this OFO, tolerances will apply to individual delivery points first, and then be aggregated within each group to determine a Shipper's final penalty volumes, if any. However, if aggregate receipts within each OFO group exceed aggregate deliveries within the group, OFO penalties will not be assessed for that group.
