Columbia Gas Transmission, LLC (TCO) notifies customers beginning Sunday, January 19, 2025, Storage Critical Days are necessary in all Market Areas within Operating Areas 5, 6, and 7. TCO reminds customers of the Storage Critical Days currently in effect in Operating Areas 1, 2, 4, 8, and 10.  Please note the following:    Storage Critical Days: Sunday, January 19, 2025, and continuing until further notice. TCO will monitor conditions and provide updates as necessary. Applicable Market Areas:  All Storage Withdrawals delivered to Market Areas within Operating Areas 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 10 (see Market Areas below).   Applicable Penalties:     - FSS MDWQ - Withdrawn quantities in excess of 103% of the applicable contract MDWQ will be assessed a penalty based on a price per Dth equal to three times the midpoint rate for “Columbia Gas, Appalachia,” posted in Gas Daily.    - FSS SCQ - If withdrawals from storage result in the FSS contract having a negative SCQ balance, a penalty of $5 per Dth will be assessed.    - FSS MMWQ - Monthly Withdrawal Quantities that exceed 40% (January Limit) of SCQ will be assessed a penalty of $5.00 per Dth.    NOTE:  Transporter projects no availability of interruptible storage withdrawal services (SIT, ISS, and FSS/ FSS-M with zero MDSQ) and excess FSS withdrawals with delivery to one of the affected Market Areas.  PAL loans/ unparks with a delivery within the affected Market Areas will not be available.  Due ship nominations will be scheduled to zero.     Please contact your Customer Services Representative with any questions.      Op Area 1 - MA 33, 34Op Area 2 - MA 20Op Area 4 - MA 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 29Op Area 5 - MA 2, 7Op Area 6 - MA 10, 11, 12, 13, 14Op Area 7 - MA 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 41Op Area 8 - MA 26, 27, 32, 35, 36, 38, 39, 40, 42Op Area 10 - MA 28, 30, 31 *** Previous Posting ***
