Columbia Gas Transmission, LLC (TCO) notifies customers the Storage Critical Days for Operating Areas 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 10 are lifted effective intraday for Gas Day Monday, February 24, 2025. TCO continues to monitor the weather forecasts and operational conditions and will assess the need for future Critical Days. Please contact your Customer Services Representative with any questions. ***Previous Posting***
Columbia Gas Transmission, LLC (TCO) reminds customers of the Storage Critical Days currently in effect in Market Areas 26, 27, 35 and all Market Areas within Operating Area 4. In addition, Storage Critical Days are necessary for the following effective dates and Operating Areas:Sunday, February 16, 2025, and continuing until further notice: All Market Areas within Operating Areas 5, 6, 7, 8 (see Market Areas below).Monday, February 17, 2025, and continuing until further notice: All Market Areas within Operating Areas 1, 2, 10 (see Market Areas below).Applicable Penalties: - FSS MDWQ - Withdrawn quantities in excess of 103% of the applicable contract MDWQ will be assessed a penalty based on a price per Dth equal to three times the midpoint rate for “Columbia Gas, Appalachia,” posted in Gas Daily. - FSS SCQ - If withdrawals from storage result in the FSS contract having a negative SCQ balance, a penalty of $5 per Dth will be assessed. - FSS MMWQ - Monthly Withdrawal Quantities that exceed 30% (February Limit) of SCQ will be assessed a penalty of $5.00 per Dth. NOTE: Transporter projects no availability of interruptible storage withdrawal services (SIT, ISS, and FSS/ FSS-M with zero MDSQ) and excess FSS withdrawals with delivery to one of the affected Market Areas. PAL loans/ unparks with a delivery within the affected Market Areas will not be available. Due ship nominations will be scheduled to zero. Please note the following: Storage Critical Days: Wednesday, February 12, 2025, and continuing until further notice.
