Columbia Gas Transmission, LLC (TCO) notifies customers the Storage Critical Days for Operating Areas 1 and 10 are lifted effective for Gas Day Tuesday, March 4, 2025.TCO continues to monitor the weather forecasts and operational conditions and will assess the need for future Critical Days. Please contact your Customer Services Representative with any questions. ***Previous Posting***
Columbia Gas Transmission, LLC (TCO) notifies customers beginning Sunday, March 2, 2025, Storage Critical Days are necessary for deliveries to all Market Areas within Operating Areas 1 and 10. Please note the following: Storage Critical Days: Sunday, March 2, 2025, and continuing until further notice. TCO will monitor conditions and provide updates as necessary. Applicable Market Areas: All Storage Withdrawals delivered to Market Areas within Operating Areas 1 and 10 (see Market Areas below). Applicable Penalties: - FSS MDWQ - Withdrawn quantities in excess of 103% of the applicable contract MDWQ will be assessed a penalty based on a price per Dth equal to three times the midpoint rate for “Columbia Gas, Appalachia,” posted in Gas Daily. - FSS SCQ - If withdrawals from storage result in the FSS contract having a negative SCQ balance, a penalty of $5 per Dth will be assessed. - FSS MMWQ - Monthly Withdrawal Quantities that exceed 20% (March Limit) of SCQ will be assessed a penalty of $5.00 per Dth. NOTE: Transporter projects no availability of interruptible storage withdrawal services (SIT, ISS, and FSS/ FSS-M with zero MDSQ) and excess FSS withdrawals with delivery to one of the affected Market Areas. PAL loans/ unparks with a delivery within the affected Market Areas will not be available. Due ship nominations will be scheduled to zero.
