Columbia Gas Transmission, LLC (TCO) reminds customers the maintenance impacting the Transco Emporia interconnect (E13) is ongoing. Based on updated operating conditions, TCO will be increasing the capacity at E13 to 20,000 Total Capacity (zero non-firm) effective Evening Cycle for Gas Day April 8, 2025. TCO anticipates the capacity at E13 will remain at 20,000 Dth through and including Gas Day April 9, 2025. Effective Timely Cycle for Gas Day April 10, 2025, and continuing until further notice, E13 will be reduced to Zero Total Capacity. TCO encourages customers to monitor the Construction and Maintenance Schedule, and the Daily Capacity Posting for any non-firm capacity adjustments related to this maintenance. Reservation charge credits (RCCs) will be determined per the process set forth in the General Terms and Conditions, Section 38 of TCO’s FERC Gas Tariff (“Tariff”). However, TCO will only issue RCCs if TCO is unable to schedule or deliver primary firm nominated capacity as a result of the outage. In the event RCCs are issued as set forth in the Tariff, shippers will receive RCCs based on its 7-day average usage quantity less any scheduled quantities on the contract. Lines VM137 and VM129 maintenance is scheduled to start on April 1, 2025, and will continue through April 8, 2025. Upon completion of this work, station upgrade maintenance will commence on April 9, 2025, and is expected to continue through September 23, 2025.As a result of these activities, E13 will be reduced to zero total capacity effective Timely Cycle for Gas Day April 1, 2025. The capacity restriction will remain in effect until both outages are complete.TCO encourages customers to monitor the Construction and Maintenance Schedule, and the Daily Capacity Posting for any non-firm capacity adjustments related to this maintenance.Reservation charge credits (RCCs) will be determined per the process set forth in the General Terms and Conditions, Section 38 of TCO’s FERC Gas Tariff (“Tariff”).
