ursuant to Section 28 of its FERC Gas Tari Cove Point Pipeline LNG (“Cove”) is o ering Buyers Operational Sale of Natural Gas.

eginning on Gas Day 7 e ective Intra-Day cycle 2 Cove will sell and Buyers will have the opportunity to bid on:

n a Firm Basis for a Daily Quantity of up to 250,000 Dth.

he Point of Sale will be at Cove Point system supply imbalance point.

idders should email their bid to [David Monger] David.Monger@bhegts.com with the following information:
(1)
bidders legal name and the name, title, address and phone number of the individual authorized to purchase Natural Gas; (2) bidders price; and (3) a completed bid
form addressing all criteria requested by Operator in its posting.

perator shall evaluate bids and shall award the purchase or sale to the bidder having a bid containing the lowest price (if a purchase by Operator) or the highest price

if a sale by Operator) and otherwise matching the conditions set forth in the posting.

eservations

perator reserves the right, in its sole discretion, (1) to withdraw its posting; (2) reject all bids due to operational changes; and (3) reject any bid that is not complete,
contains modifications of the conditions set forth in the posting or contains conditions that are unacceptable to Operator.
